In collaboration with government officials and NGOs, Dell announced the creation of EmprendeHéroes, a new program established in eight public schools where students learned about entrepreneurship, business and innovation. In July, using the skills learned from the EmprendeHéroes program, students participated in their own Dell PolicyHack, coming up with solutions that can be used in both the public and private sectors.

Winning Idea

The winning team, composed of majority girls, proposed a Mazahua-Spanish translation app to address the loss of the local native language with youth.
